The impact Girls on the Run makes is dependent on dedicated volunteers like you, who are committed and passionate about our mission and vision.
Coaches are the heart of our program! Each season, two or more volunteer coaches inspire and guide a team through our tried-and-true curriculum. If you're ready to directly make an impact, then this role is for you.
Junior Coaches are needed to inspire the next generation! Our Junior Coach program is for high school girls aged 16 to 18. Beyond serving as a role model to program participants, Junior Coaches work alongside Coaches, strengthening their leadership skills and gaining a sense of belonging and purpose.

The Board of Directors is an oversight body responsible for advising, guiding, governing and promoting GOTR MN to support the organization's mission and impact. Board members will actively participate in strategic planning, organizational expansion, and fundraising.
We are seeking applicants who have a passion for the Girls on the Run mission and vision. We are prioritizing applicants of all genders who identify as Black, Indigenous or people of color, applicants living in Southern Minnesota, and applicants with expertise in law and finance.
We are currently accepting Youth Board Member applications to join our Board of Directors. We are seeking Youth Board Members between the ages of 14-21 to provide unique perspective and experience. Prior volunteer experience and prior GOTR participation are preferred but not required. Details and application below.
